Cancelling and refunding eBooks
You may return an eBook for a refund if we receive your request within two working days of purchase. When a refund is granted, we will remove access to the eBook and your payment will be refunded through the payment service you used to make the original payment.
If you have also ordered paperback books, and would like to return these to us, please see our separate book returns policy here.
Updates to eBook content
Osborne Books may occasionally update the content of the books and corresponding eBooks in response to curriculum changes. Where these changes are made the content that you see will automatically update, except where you have downloaded a copy of the book to a device; in this case you can simply re-download the eBook from your library to update it.
Moving eBooks between accounts
Your eBooks are linked to your Student Zone account via the email address you enter during the online checkout process or on your account application form. You must enter the same email address each time you place a new order to ensure that your account is updated correctly with any new purchases. If you have accidentally made a purchase using a different email address, please contact us so that we can move your eBooks to the correct account.
